Dr. Andrew Bledsoe (Lee University) will join Dr. Peter Carmichael (Civil War Institute at Gettysburg College) and John Heckman (The Tattooed Historian) to share some thoughts on tactical/ military history and the Civil War. Dr. Bledsoe is the author of Citizen-Officers: The Union and Confederate Junior Officer Corps in the American Civil War (LSU Press, 2015) and co-edited Upon the Fields of Battle: Essays On The Military History of The American Civil War.
